We need "search by" screens for email address and phone number added on the hauler screen(by DOT#). Too many times we get duplicate entries for those fields and have no way to find the duplicate. please add these fields.

Add the USDOT# to the User page. There are many times when trying to find a user we can't locate the carrier. Instead of going to the carrier page to type in the USDOT#, it would be nice to be able to type in the USDOT # on this page.
