User is reporting that the Class C Tridem permits are being issued incorrectly. They have said this was an issue prior and Bentley fixed it. They did not provide additional details so I am attempting to get more information. It sounds like none of the data (height, weight, axles) is being rendered correctly to the report.
User says this just started yesterday, but it is unknown if it has been going on longer.
When the tridem permit application has a combination of a tridem group and non-tridem groups, the non-tridem group should not exceed the maximum permitted weight for computation for overweight axle group weight distribution under AZ Admin Code R 17-6-411. The other issue I have seen is the tridem permit application does not meet the Tridem configuration allowance for the permit, meaning the minimum of 9'0'' distance between the center of the first axel and the center of the third of each tridem group, the system is allowing a distance less than the 9'0'' for the group and on others, way too much weight on non-tridem groups (had an application that allowed 80,000 on a quad group and should have only allowed 58,282.
This sounds more like a bug than a new ideal for the SUPERLOAD Product.
