Enhancement: Update Region Review Summary Report

Report located: My Reports/Region Review/Region Review Summary

Create an Excel version of report Region Review Summary Report that would allow us (in addition to what it already has) to see how many applications went to each region by date range and show us the statuses.

Can Status of Issued be added also?

There currently is no date range option for this report.
